Season Changes

I love the change of seasons as the harvest begins in Sonoma Wine Country! Just as the seasons change, so does the ever- changing real estate market! The selling season slows down this time of year as the coming Holidays start to take the interest of buyers and sellers.  It is a normal “seasonality” in the marketplace.  So, as a result this may be a good time to reflect on your goals for the coming year. What do you want to accomplish in the next real estate season? Is this the time to sell your current home and downsize? Or is this the time to expand from renting to investing for the future and buying your first home?
