Susan Campbell sold my condo in Santa Rosa, CA, in one week, and she was fantastically helpful. She was very diligent in researching every detail related to negotiating the highest offer I received, which was $45,000 above asking price! She gave me the name of a local moving company who packed my belongings and the name of a local consignment shop for downsizing that not only paid me 55% for items sold, but also gave me full credit for items donated because it is affiliated with a charitable shelter for women. She bought great flower baskets to decorate my entrance, and she provided digital staging, which made my condo look like a million dollars, at her own expense. She directed me to an affordable pest inspection expert and to a painter whose crew took care of making my condo perfectly presentable in a day and a half.
